Kielbasa and Potatoes (FIRST RECIPE!)

Ingredients:

1 package of Kielbasa
1 large onion
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup chicken stock
3 medium size potatoes
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp dry rub
1 14 oz can tomatoes
salt and pepper

Directions:


1. Slice potatoes and layer the bottom of crockpot. Add salt and pepper
2. Cut kielbasa into 2 inch pieces and layer over the potatoes
3. Slice onions and layer over the kielbasa
4. In a bowl, mix the tomatoes, garlic, chicken stock, spicy rub and brown sugar
5. Pour mixture over the onions
6. Cook in crock pot for 4-6 hours

Some notes:
1. It makes enough for 4 people or 2 people with leftovers the next day.
2. For a spicy rub, I use Weber's spicy grill seasoning. Its so good!
3. I sprayed the bottom of the crockpot with Pam to ensure the potatoes didnt stick and they didnt.

yum sounds delicious! keilbasa is such a versatile food and is so yummy! ill have 2 try this one
